Onboarding for pilot customers

Before paid service kicks in, we spend a month getting in sync with your company's rhythm - mapping the kitchens, calibrating stock limits, training the agent and setting up reporting, so from month two the system simply runs.

All plans include the online dashboard with full visibility of budget consumption and the Zero-Waste guarantee. The final price depends on the size of the space, the number of kitchens and the breadth of the assortment.

We have a favourite coffee supplier - do we have to drop them?
No. Keep your beans - we'll just take over the orders and invoicing for you. The agent also cleans the coffee machine, refills it and looks after the filters - things you typically don't get from your current supplier.
How does catering for meetings work?
You submit a request (e.g. „Thursday 10am, room A, 15 people"). Our agent coordinates with your favourite bistro, arrives at 9:30, sets up, checks everything and cleans up afterwards. One contact, one invoice.
We're based in Prague - which areas do you cover?
Currently Prague and the surrounding area. For large clients with multiple buildings we can cover the whole city; for smaller teams we work most efficiently in Karlín, Holešovice, Smíchov and Pankrác.
How quickly can we get started?
From the first meeting to the first visit usually 2-3 weeks. In that time we audit your kitchen, agree on the assortment, set the limits and prepare your dashboard.
What happens if the team uses less than the budget?
You lose nothing. We only invoice what's actually consumed - that's our Zero-Waste rule. Whatever's left over goes back with us and never lands on your invoice.
What about GDPR, insurance and certifications?
Frumoš is an established supplier with all the documentation in place. We're happy to send you a full vendor onboarding pack - insurance, GDPR, HACCP, references.
